2. What Is Word?
Before we can begin defining anything, we must begin with word, the fabric of all things.What is Word?
We know of Word, first, as the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ, but this Person, Jesus, operates in many incredible functions.
Word is the creator and sustainer of all things.
What is Word, really, as it exists in the center of God?
And what is Word as it shapes and molds our very human consciousness?
Lesson 2.1 The Thesis of the Universe seeks to unveil the meaning of John 1:1-18, Hebrews 1:1-3, and Philippians 2:5-8, positing these passages as the determination of how all things exist.
Lesson 2.2 What is Human Consciousness? explores the nature of human consciousness, a complete merging of spirit and word. We must know how fundamentally different our present consciousness is from what it was before we knew Jesus.
Lesson 2.3 Jesus as Word then takes our knowing of Jesus as the One who lives as us and places that knowing inside the pro-knowing of God.
