35. The Great Day of the Feast

Only out from this place of being utterly content to be just like God as we are, out from this place of knowing that “falling short” is so far away from us that we hardly even know what it might be – Does not all of God in Person fill us full? Is not God in Person bound to us in full Covenant Bond as our very heart, walking with us as One, as equals, in full union first and in precious communion second? Of what does “falling short” speak? Out of utter contentment we see the Rivers that come so easily from the upwelling of God inside of us.

© Daniel Yordy - 2014

I have written these last two letters both at the same time. Thus you will find much overlap and some repetition between them. Of course, I have no idea what anything concerning these Mighty topics might actually mean. My whole intention is to bump around a bit inside of God, inside of these Wondrous things, hoping to see further patterns and connections as things line up more clearly for us than they have in the past.

And it is true, writing this series has brought to my sight fundamental elements of the revelation of Jesus Christ more clearly than I have ever seen before. I am so grateful to my Father who fills my heart full.

But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence. 1 Corinthians 1:27-29

Now when they bring you to the synagogues and magistrates and authorities, do not worry about how or what you should answer, or what you should say. For the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say. Luke 12:11-12

Somehow these two passages come out from where we walk now inside of Tabernacles. We have no confidence in ourselves, but we walk knowing that our every step, our every word, our every breath is directed by the God who fills us full. Tabernacles is not about any human gifting or ability.

Two of the mightiest things I carry in my heart out from writing this series is first the picture of the Ark of the Covenant standing in the Jordan, in the lowest place on earth, as all the children of Israel pass by it to enter into the Promised Land.

He humbled Himself.

Second is the word Paul invented and used one time in the human experience, found alongside of He humbled Himself in Phillipians 2, and that is ekenosen, so wrongly translated “emptied of God,” thus maintaining the false picture of separation between God and man, the ridiculous concept of a finite God, and a defiance of Jesus' words, “He who has seen Me has seen the Father.”

Ekenosen MEANS “called out of invisibility,” God as Servant becoming seen and known and tangible.

The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory.

Let this same mind/gut be in you. Spoken as a now-creative word of the Father into you and me.

Man is God-revealed. The Father and we are one.

Out from this same Jordan, out from this same mind/gut that was in Jesus, proceeds the mighty Rivers of Life that come into full visibility across this earth as the fulfilment of the Great Day of Tabernacles in the life of the Church.

On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive . . . John 7:37-39

John saw this same River proceeding from the throne of God. Ezekiel saw it flowing out of God's temple. Jesus says that it comes out of our innermost beings, our hearts, our bellies. All three are the same thing.

Before coming back to that River of Life, I want to place again the context in which our hearts are presently engaged, God's woman, spread across the whole world, laboring under a total misunderstanding of who and what God is, who and what she is, and the nature of Salvation, this Jesus who utterly carries her.

Through the last several letters, God has presented a calling to us to open the Doors of Tabernacles for many to freely enter in, and I know that all of us, knowing our own inability and lack, still say with Isaiah, “Here am I, Lord. Send me.”

BUT! I feel such a sense of the Lord upon me for this letter. I am not looking for fireworks here; the WHAT of Rivers of Life we will certainly know. – Here, I want to know the HOW.

You see, all across the earth are thousands of our brethren, men and women anointed of God who are pursuing the knowledge of God in power, in the demonstration of heavenly glory and supernatural ability. They see the “what” of rivers of life, though in a skewed way because they don't understand what God is. But if you will listen to their words, you will hear, in all ways, at all times, an expression of falling short and a desire to “do” something that will somehow “please” God before He will release all fullness.

Their HOW is of the evil one because they don't know the Father or Salvation.

When I said in the last letter, “They lied to me,” I was referring to all Christianity.

The expression of falling short IS what keeps God absent from them in their knowledge. Their stated means of accomplishing a “not falling short” are always the very things that place a barrier between the heart of a man or a woman and the God who already fills that heart.

I want to drive my sword right through the lie.

I listened briefly to a recent video of a well-known fully current leader in the river of life, prophetic word portion of the church. What I heard confirmed clearly to me everything that was wrong, every aspect of the lie. Although his sincere heart is certainly held by Jesus, his mind and knowledge were bound by the lie; every word that he said, all sounding very Christian, was entirely out from the original lie.

I'm thinking of The Lion King. Consider the moment that Simba faced the lie and knew it to be NOT TRUE. You see, you don't “defeat” the lie by power contortions, you defeat it by the simple, full, absolute, and final knowledge that it is not true – and thrown out by the simple, full, absolute, and final knowledge of what is true – Christ our life. Then, consider the length of time between Simba KNOWING that the lie was a lie and the fully restored kingdom. No time at all. The story panned immediately from that victory to full restoration.

Rivers of Life flowing out of us healing, restoring, blessing, transforming all things into unending goodness is the easiest thing in the universe. It's just God, and God just is.

But God is not an angel.

Here is the lie in the minds of Christians.

“God loves you just as you are, but He won't leave you like that. He wants you to change from the way you are to be 'more like Jesus,' and He will help you to be different. He will help you do what is right and good.”

Now, these words are also spoken deceitfully. In the move fellowships I was once a part of, some of that deceitfulness was removed from this equation and the lie was said in a more direct way.

“God hates the way you are, just look at the cross. God will change you to be like Jesus, but only after you prove to Him that you WANT Him to do so by obeying everything He speaks to you and by not doing anything unless it is God telling you to do it, in the same way that Jesus did. Oh, and God will 'help' you do what you know is right.”

In this formula, the image held of Jesus is the image of a glorious heavenly being emanating perfection, that is, the image of an angel.

Every word spoken by this prominent prophetic ministry I listened to came entirely out from this equation. To my great sorrow, I did not hear him speak of God in Person present inside of him here and now. God's Person and God's Heart were far away from his words, yet he is a good man who truly desires the Lord.

Sin and death; the lie and the curse.

Our brethren are making the same trade with the serpent that Adam made in the garden. “God, I hate the way You made me. I look stupid and inferior. I like the looks, the outward appearance of this glorious heavenly being. I will call that the 'image' of God and aspire to be 'perfect' like that appearance.”

And thus “power” is external to our brethren, something that causes appearances to change so that we can “feel” more god-like. Let me tell you that every single encounter I have ever experienced with good, godly, Christian, anointed, power ministries left me feeling inferior; somehow, I did not measure up.

I want to take you right now to the source of the River of Life. You will find it in my last letter in these words.

– I am so content. I possess all I have ever longed for. God is with me, my Heart and my Life. My inability, my failure, my foolishness makes ZERO difference to our Covenant Bond. All of it is nothing other than God through me reconciling the world to Himself. God made my weakness to be filled with Himself. –

It has been eight years now since I began to speak what God says I am. I spoke at first entirely in hope. Then it progressed to faith, then to knowing. But here is what I have discovered. All of my speaking Christ my only life has not “increased” me; it has reduced me down to – me, as I am right now, me, as I find myself to be.

I am so content to be, as I am right now, the image and dwelling place of all of God in Person. I neither need nor want anything else.

But here is what you must know. I am a man of GREAT desire. I love and long for many great and possible things. My desires are HUGE. And my desires are not reduced one bit, for they are part of me.

God is so real, God is so close. Here is what I discover in this place of being utterly content to be the image of God, to be the dwelling place of God, just as I find myself to be in weakness, even in silliness. (I washed a new utensil we had bought without seeing or taking off the wrapper! My daughter found it and laughed at me. – Yes, just as I am, the image of God.)

I discover that I possess in all fullness ALL I have ever desired. I possess all of God in Person bound to me as my Covenant Self, in gentleness, in joy, in delight, in goodness.

And out of that contentment, I see the source of the Rivers flowing out, the bubbling springs of God upwelling within me as I am so happy to be just like Him. You can't stop life; it just arises.

When I hear Christian ministries talking about “the fullness of Christ,” or about finding the power of God in full mature Christian ministry, I don't want to be anything of which they speak. I don't want to be like an angel. You see, inside their every word is found the continual expression of “falling short.” They speak curse, and they speak climbing out of that curse by something we must “do.” Always.

I can never be an angel; I will always fall short.

I can only be me, a simple man, filled with dreams and desires, filled with all of God, just like Jesus.

I am so very content.

And in my utter contentment to be, as I am, God's image, I sit here inside of God, and I see and hear very definite things. Yet these are not “dramatic power things” or “visions of heavenly glory”; they are just the things my heart needs to hear and to know.

The first thing I need to know is what I hear, so definite, so simple and certain.

“You and your family, Daniel, are utterly protected inside of Me.”

You see, the US government is preparing for the possibility of using the Ebola scare to impose martial law and to force everyone to be “vaccinated,” with things we don't want in our bodies inside those vaccinations. And that's just one small element of the storm bearing down upon us. Yes, the storm has been held back, but the storm is utterly real in outward material appearance.

I hear these words: “You walk from here on out inside the very same bubble of absolute protection in which Jesus walked, you, your wife, and your children. I keep you. I keep them.”

And I am content. It's real. I know it is real.

You know, a huge part of what I desire is that which comes out from the earth, the abundant springing forth  of life. Here is a description I have used elsewhere that catalogues some of what I love.

– The delights of strong and healthy children, warm and inviting homes, the aroma of herbs, the cackle of chickens, the richness of the soil, shaping wood into beauty, tinkering with machinery, the comfort of a full and well-stocked pantry, the beauty of growing things. Dream of a simple life, of the increase of the fruits of the earth and of your labor. Share with others from your abundance. –

One of the biggest things I love about Christian community in a rural setting is that every element of the earth can be made part of our lives and the lives of our children growing up. My children are mostly grown, now, without that. It makes me a little bit sad, but still, I am utterly content. God just IS.

You see, God made the earth for Himself, and He loves the earth as we do. In fact, our love is simply God being God in our Hearts.

I am a man of great desire. I possess all I desire. I possess all of God filling me full. I am utterly content.

Then, only out from this place of being utterly content to be just like God as we are, out from this place of knowing that “falling short” is so far away from us that we hardly even know what it might be – Does not all of God in Person fill us full? Is not God in Person bound to us in full Covenant Bond as our very heart, walking with us as One, as equals, in full union first and in precious communion second? Of what does “falling short” speak? Nothing we know anything about. We can't imagine what they are talking about. They speak of nothing that exists.

Out of utter contentment, we see the Rivers that come so easily from the upwelling of God inside of us.

To most Christians who seek power, that power is the ability to change things that are “not right” into things that are the way they “should be.” That's why all who “need” this change feel inferior, why they feel they could never measure up to this expectation.

The power of God is the power to call forth what already is. Everyone is exactly as they should be, they just don't know it. “As they should be” – except one thing: knowing God filling them full and knowing Jesus Sent.

Jesus did not raise Lazarus from the dead by making what shouldn't be, death, into what should be, alive again. Jesus just called him out. “Hey, Lazarus, I see you there. It's no good hiding behind that stone, that tree, that death. You are the image of God, Lazarus, just the way you find yourself to be. Come out into the light, My friend. Let's be happy together.”

Hasn't that been our “Christian” lust, to be different than the way we find ourselves to be because we hate what we think we are? The Christian lust to be like the Nicene image of “Jesus,” that is, like an angel, is the sin of Adam.

Inside of utter contentment, we discover God in Person in us. And in discovering God, we discover there never were any bars or chains or blockages or walls or limitations or anything in that whole realm of lying.

It is so good to be a human being. It is so good to be just like God.

The lie was never true; the curse was never necessary. All who are busy “working on” their outer man, their outward shell and appearance, simply have their backs turned to Jesus, the One who already fills their hearts. They also must turn around.

It's not possible to throw the chains off; there aren't any chains. It's not possible to walk out of one's prison cell; there are no walls, no one is in prison.

The River of Life is simply pointing out to people the obvious. Hey! God–Love, arising in you just as you find yourself to be. Know Him; there is nothing else.

Now, it is true that the vast realm of human psychosis, all imagination only, is complicated beyond measure, with twisted little pathways of delusion extending in every direction. And it is true that demons still rule inside those vast imaginations including the nonsense held as “gospel truth” by our brethren.

And that's why there was another line in my prayer Monday morning, words pouring out from deep vulnerability and weakness, a line I did not include in my last letter because I did not know how it fit. Let me give you the whole thing with the missing words.

“They lied to me. They lied to me. When they told me that You were far away from me in my distress, when they told me that my mistakes meant I was in trouble with You, they lied to me. And all those years of heartache came from something NOT TRUE. You are so close; You are my life and my breath. You are bound to me in perfect Covenant Bond forever. We walk together in all ways as one. Oh Father, I am so sorry for believing them, I didn't mean to. I didn't mean to.”

You see, it was the last line that dealt with all the pointless uselessness of all human psychosis.

The lie is not and was never true.

In The Lion King, once Simba knew that the lie was never true and that all the awfulness of the curse came only out from his false “believing,” defeating Scar was simple and obvious. Everyone knew that the liar was fake. Scar knew it, the hyenas knew it; all the lions and all the animals in the kingdom knew it.

We do not cast down the lie. You can't cast down something that doesn't exist.

The lie is not and was never true. The liar is cast down when no one believes him any more. And we don't believe the accuser any more when we know that we are filled with all of God now and that God reveals Himself through us in all of our ways just as we find ourselves to be.

When I said, out from a sense of deepest vulnerability, “Father, I am so sorry for believing the lie. I didn't mean to,” the lie simply ceased.

It is from here alone that the River of Life seen by Ezekiel and John now flows. Only from here can we talk about what it means. I will not include portions of Ezekiel's temple here, you can read it yourself in Ezekiel 47. It is the same in essence as what John saw. As you read, however, understand that this vision of Ezekiel concerning what is called “Ezekiel's Temple” is not referring to any stone building but to the House of God. God does not live in buildings made of stone, but in His Body, the Church. Ezekiel's vision corresponds directly with John's.

And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads.Revelation 22:1-4

Jesus said that the River flows from our hearts. John saw the River flowing from the throne of God. – Same thing. – The River flows from the Mercy Seat, the beating Heart of Jesus, beating now in us, pumping His Blood, our very life, into every particle of our being.

The RIVER is the only thing that transforms anything. The RIVER is the only thing that subdues.

Outward appearance changes only as the RIVER flows out from the innermost being of a man or woman filled with God as they presently are.

The first thing that is transformed as the River is released is our physical bodies.

Our physical bodies being made to appear as they already are, the very resurrected Body of the Lord Jesus Christ as He walks this earth in us, His Body, is the great event for us that marks the fulfilment of the Final Day of the Feast of Tabernacles in the life of the Church.

Only this Day is forever.

The first thing we will notice inside our bodies, flesh of His flesh, now transformed by outward appearance, will be that our sight is restored. We will see heaven and earth all around at the same time. When I began to write these letters I imagined a “going back and forth” because I did not yet see clearly.

Man is created to live in the realm of heaven/earth with physical bodies for the earth and spirit bodies for the heavens all around permeating the earth. We are utterly accustomed to the connection of earth and heaven in our own construction; we're just not used to seeing it everywhere we look.

Now, here is something to think about. At this moment, the fulfilment of the Final Day of Tabernacles, the Bride of Christ is no longer in need of Salvation. All through the Days of Tabernacles the harvest has taken place. At the moment of the Resurrection ALL who are part of her are now inside all the fullness of Christ known entirely by faith first without regard to outward appearance. You see, the Resurrection is also all those in the heavens appointed to this DAY having rushed back to manifest visibility inside of wondrous physical bodies and now walking with us right here inside this heaven/earth.

Yet, all of those, Paul and Moses, John and David, will be a bit unsteady on their newly restored earth feet. We are humans and will remain humans forever. Yet they know well all the realms of the heavens. Thus as we go forth together as the revelation of the Almighty, the expertise of those who experienced heaven only will enable us as a company to send forth the Rivers of Life and healing into all the heavens. At the same time, we who are transformed while still walking this planet, because our earth legs, though new, remain steady, the entire company will rely upon our expertise in sending those Rivers of Life and healing across the whole earth.

It wouldn't surprise me to learn that the count between the two groups at the time of the resurrection will be about 50/50.

The truth of the matter is, however, that those Rivers of Life and healing flowing out of our bellies into both heaven and earth will come just as there is no hope left for either one.

The capacity of man to destroy the earth is horrendous. The need will be great.

Healing and Life springing forth; healing and Life.

I want to bring into this picture, once again, the Heart of the High Priest, beating now in us, the source of all the Life and healing that flows out as the substance of all these endless Rivers.

Love.

Compassion.

Respect.

God is finished with men and women presenting themselves to His people as great powerhouses of faith and anointing. God is finished with the Sam Fife's and the William Branham's. He will reveal Himself now at this end of the age through the least and the littlest, through the failures and the has-beens, through the crippled, the blind, and the maimed.

God will reveal Himself through the tender-hearted, the compassionate, those who consider other people.

Love is a mushy topic. Those who say, “Let's just love everybody,” usually don't, when push comes to shove.

But love is real for God is Love, and God fills us full with all of Himself.

We can't know this God, however, except we also lay down our lives, God poured out through us, in compassion for others, for all who belong to Jesus.

I know I've said it over and over, but in these final letters, in the fulfillment of the Great Day of God Almighty, only one thing matters. Only one.

The Heart of the Lord Jesus Christ beating in our chests, the Mercy Seat of God, the throne of heaven.

This Heart that carries all, that covers all, that bears with all, that believes the best in all, that expects God arising in all, that reaches out in tender compassion to each hurting soul and shows them Christ living as them by showing them the Blood upon that Mercy Seat, our hearts, and the absence of all their sin.

I don't want to hear about mighty works, about great acts of power in the church. I don't want to hear those who pursue the “things of God.” I don't want to hear about preachers of “repentance,” or of those who exalt this world. I don't want to hear those who are “right.”

I don't want to hear those who cry “judgment.” I don't want to know of those who point out the sins and faults of Christ in their brethren. I don't want to hear those who preach “measure up.” I don't want to hear those who preach “against sin” or “you must die before God will cause you to know Him.” Your time is over; you are finished. Your speaking of the lie these 6000 years is at an end. Be silent. You are no more.

I want to hear of those who restore hearts to the Father, who teach the meek and the limited that God reveals Himself through them just as they are.

I want to hear about kindness and tender regard. I want to hear about those who lose out so that others might gain, those who honor the least and the littlest in the midst of the Church.

I want to hear about those who speak blessing when they are cursed, those who do good when evil is done to them, those who are silent before their accusers, those who win the hearts of their enemies by respect and compassion.

Of course there will be what are called “miracles” flowing into the experience of the hurting and the confused through those in whose breasts beats the Heart of God. But those “miracles” will never honor the one through whom God happens to move, but rather this one who has such need, that he or she be lifted up and honored, made special and good.

I want to hear about children laughing, about mothers singing, about fathers blessing their homes.

I want to hear about young people dancing, about the elderly filling their place of honor in the community.

I want to hear about the richness of the earth and the abundance of the heavens and about goodness poured out.

I want to hear of those who show each individual person that he or she is already the image of God, already filled with God, already redeemed, already loved, already the expression of God's heart in overwhelming abundance and wealth just as they find themselves to be.

This is the River I look for.

This is the only thing I want to know.

This IS the only judgment of God.

This is the Great Day of God Almighty, the Great Day of the Feast.
