17.3 Applying Christian Evil

© 2016 Christ Revealed Bible Institute

There is no greater evil operating in this world than Constantine’s perversion of the cross of Christ. And that evil is not in the world, but in the church.

I am beginning to understand that Jesus’ word, “To him who overcomes I will give to eat of the tree of life,” really is reserved to this present time at this end of the age of human folly, as is the “In that day,” of John 14:20. We know that life is freely given to us because our eyes are opened, we believe, and we boldly enter in. But to someone who knows Christ and Salvation only out from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, we who are eating of life must be FALSE deceivers.

Bullies in the Church
I want to talk about bullies in the church. The gathering together of Christian believers is a most wonderful stomping ground for bullies of every kind.

The history of Christianity is the history of wolves keeping guard over sheep. A cult action is any use of “God” as a weapon of any kind to keep other people under control. By this accurate definition, the Roman Catholic church is entirely a cult, but cultism is found in any gathering together of Christians.

The most powerful weapon of control in the hands of bullies among Christians is the perverted cross of Christ.

Psychopaths
There are two kinds of psychopaths: the pure psychopath, who has zero light inside, and the religious psychopath who can easily come across as human and even kind and generous. Pure psychopaths often ascend to power in the world, but rarely in the church. Christians tend to draw away from such. Thus the religious psychopath is the type prevalent in the church. We often call them popes and bishops, pastors and apostles. Being any of those ministries does NOT mean one is a religious psychopath, not at all. But more are than one might realize.

The vast majority of all human suffering on this earth is the result of the vicious demand of a small number of psychopaths to rule over all others.

God Has Chosen
For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world… God has chosen the weak things of the world… and the base things… and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are… (1 Corinthians 1:26-29).

Christians utterly disregard Paul’s words.

I think of the good, true, sincere, godly leaders I have known, many, who led God’s people in wisdom and kindness. And I realize they did not have a clue. They were bluffing entirely, presenting only nonsense regarding God’s purposes.

Leaders
God never intended to have “leaders” in His church, people who are naturally wise or strong. You see, a wise and strong leader, even a kind and godly one, is pretending 100%. They have no idea what they are doing or where they are going. They are successful for one reason. They present themselves and people say, “Amen.” It works. People follow.

The ability to succeed in this world is based entirely on great skill in pretending that one knows what he or she is doing and so convincing others to follow or to buy into their plan. Religious psychopaths are always more skillful at presenting such a face of “strength” and “wisdom” than any others.

Freedom from the Religious
I am so glad that people don’t have to be Christians in our world today. When everyone had to be a Christian, then the very worst of the religious psychopaths rose to the top and became the doctors of theology, telling everyone what “God” was all about. In our world, because those same people do not have to be Christians, they are free to become secular university professors and no longer pollute the church. That is the only reason why a message of grace is free to circulate among Christians today.
Yet bullies are not at all afraid to attach themselves to “grace” just as much.

Prove It – or Not
Let me give you the clear dividing line between bullies and true sons of God. God gave us two pictures, actually. First is Jesus, facing temptation. IF you are a son of God – prove it. If you are sent from God, God’s ministry over His people – prove it. And the second is David, dodging spears. What do you do when someone throws a spear at you?

Those who are truly sent by God will never “prove” themselves or their ministry. They will never respond to attack. They will always be laying down their lives for the sheep; they will always choose to suffer loss rather than to hurt anyone.

The Christian Bully
A Christian bully is a bully because they defend themselves, because they attempt to “prove” in some way that they are “right,” they are the ministry whom fleshy sheep must “obey.” Christian bullying comes in many forms and expressions, but it always proceeds out from this same root. “I am a man (or woman) of God, and you need to recognize that I am a man of God.”

Bullies will ALWAYS use Constantine’s cross in some way to force their power over other believers in Jesus. On Facebook, I placed a line in which I said that I love God. Someone responded with – Only those who keep His word love God. Meaning – you don’t, you wicked sinner. The Bully.

The Words of Bullies
You are a sinner. God is terribly displeased with you. Look at the crucifix. Look at what your disobedience is doing to Jesus. God has placed me over you. See, it says right here: “Obey those who rule over you and be submissive” (Hebrews 13:17). That means that if you don’t submit to me, you are disobeying God. And that means that God will be displeased with you, curse, curse, curse. Look at the cross, you sinner, and tremble.

“Carry your cross” is the watchword of bullies. Father God was the one who carried the cross for His broken Son, Father and Simon of Cyrene together as one. One who is sent from God will always be offering to carry your cross for you, by drawing you into love upon their hearts.

Where Are God’s Ministry?
Never in my life has the cross been presented to me by another except that other wanted to get their way over me by persuading me to submit to them. And that has happened many times “for my good.”

Those sent by God are always choosing to suffer loss themselves so that the least and the littlest one of God’s precious people might be lifted up and honored in all joy. Where are God’s ministry? They have been replaced almost entirely in the church by bullies and con men.

We must understand clearly how Constantine’s cross works as the best tool to control other people.

Opposing Minds
Let’s set two words that portray completely opposing psychologies – confidence versus doubt. For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end (Hebrews 3:14). – He who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways (James 1:6-8).

Here’s the deal. You cannot ever rule over or bully someone who is utterly at peace with themselves, someone who is one, who lives in full confidence in Christ Jesus their only life.

The Very Trick
What you need, in order to get your way over Christians, is unstable souls. And James gives us the very trick we need to make our brothers and sisters in Christ unstable. Split their minds into two – double minded. And the way to split their minds into two is doubt.

Christ lives in your hearts by faith yes, well and good, BUT you have a deceitful and wicked heart just as much. We have the mind of Christ yes, well and good, BUT you have a carnal mind always at war with God just as much. As Shakespeare said, “Double, double, toil and trouble.”

The Essence of Christian Evil
Look in the mirror, look at yourself. You know full well that you are sinful, rebellious, and disobedient. Speaking the truth in love, brother, just speaking the truth in love.

Neither truth nor love, but rather, the weapon of bullies.

At the center of this fundamental belief of Nicene Christianity is that God has placed us, not into Christ, not in Salvation, but IN a hellish horror of being in ourselves, by our own nature and being, SPLIT into two, evil and pure, Christ and anti-Christ, blessed of God and cursed of God. And always running back and forth in fear of displeasing God. This is the essence of Christian evil.

The Crucifix
The device that gives power to this false “salvation” is Constantine’s cross, the crucifix, groveling before an image of the suffering Christ, looking at that image from afar. It will split your mind in two; it will persuade you that you are double-hearted; it will remove you entirely from any confidence in Christ; and it will place you in doubt. There, in that unstable doubt, you will believe the bullies and the con men when they tell you that if you want to be saved, if you want to be pleasing to God, then you had better do what they say, you had better follow them.

But this double-minded doubt is already Christian theology, and thus it is easy to convince the sheep to quiver.

Teaching Doubt
Anyone who teaches you to doubt is not teaching Christ.

What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? (Romans 8:31-35).

And yet I have heard Buddy Cobb, along with all Nicene Christianity, with mighty anointing and convincing argument, use these very words to place us entirely into DOUBT.

Utterly Inside of Jesus
We are become part of Christ IF our confidence, our freedom to speak Christ boldly in the very face of judgment, the rejoicing of our hope, and the source of our substance, upon firm we should hold (Hebrews 3:6 & 14 combined and modified to the Greek).

Those who doubt, those who believe they might be in trouble with God, receive nothing at all from God. They receive nothing because they are refusing their permission to God to enter into their knowledge.

Our cross is the very comfort of our souls. For by the true cross of Christ, we are utterly and only inside of Jesus. We never ever look for ourselves anywhere else.
