15.3 Wholeness

Salvation is wholeness; Salvation is our being complete in Christ (Colossians 2:10).
Yet you and I are commanded by God to put this Salvation, the Lord Jesus Christ, entirely upon ourselves, spirit, soul, and body (Romans 13:14). We are commanded by God to put the incorruptibility of Jesus’ Self-story upon our own souls (1 Corinthians 15:53). We are commanded by God to put the immortality of Jesus’ resurrected physical body upon our own bodies. And we do so entirely by FAITH before we see anything of outward appearance. Because we love Jesus above all things.
God’s Pro-Determination
You see, God’s Pro-Determination from the very beginning, to PROVE Christ Jesus, the Word God speaks, faithful and true, has always included this scenario of judgment. – You and me singing all the story of Jesus as the only life we are, walking in that full reality in these bodies of mortal flesh, all Salvation revealed except by its final outward appearance.
…The revelation of Jesus Christ, whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the result of your faith—the salvation of your souls (1 Peter 1:7-9). This Proving of Jesus faithful and true through the weakness of our humanity by faith alone is the judgment of God against all accusation.
Human Wholeness
I want to give you here a clear and practical definition of human wholeness, a picture that enables us to sing with Jesus, to hear the Voice of the Son of God that we might LIVE.
I read an article recently by Benjamin Rowland initially titled “Are Microwaves Distorting Your Energy Field?” I would like you to read it; please do not be put off by any elements you might call “new age.” Rowland does ground his article in science and often “new agers” see reality more clearly than do many Christians, as Jesus said. I will weave statements from this article into this lesson.
Rowland caught my attention with these words, “The Power of the Heart.”
The Human Soul
Then Rowland says, “Your heart produces an electromagnetic field 5000 times as powerful as that produced by your brain.” This electromagnetic field can be detected by instruments that measure electrical frequency. He states that this “field is a constantly shifting spectrum of frequencies with vast amounts of information contained in each frequency.” I see this field as an extension of the human soul; spirit, soul, and body share and are centered on the heart.

Sensitive to Negative Frequencies
The truth is, only in today’s high-tech world could we understand any of this in scientific terms. Rowland’s next statement important for us is “as a non-linear oscillator, the heart is extremely sensitive to disturbance of its dynamic equilibrium.” To put that into our terms, our hearts are sensitive to negative frequencies in both the heavenly and the earthly realms.
I am convinced that this relates to our hearts as the center of our souls, rather than the center of our brand new spirits. Most of Rowland’s purpose for this article is how the bath of microwaves we live in today, all the Wi-Fi transmissions, work against these powerful frequencies coming out of our hearts.
Human Health
Yet Rowland also includes a discussion of human health, human WHOLENESS, which is our purpose here. The article primarily presents how microwaves, mostly from Wi-Fi transmissions including cell-phones, directly affect the energy field of the heart in a negative manner – “unnaturally distorting our energy field.” Rowland also explains how an infant’s heart energy field is affected by its mother’s heart attitude and voice and how one person’s energy field, entering into a room, affects another person’s heart field, especially that between married couples. Roland says that “disease… shows… as jagged incoherent waveforms concentrated in the low and high frequency bands,” and that, “Wellness begins in the energy field!”
Affecting One Another
I have often noticed that when I go to church feeling triumphant and filled with Christ, everyone at church is in that same spirit. And when I go to church with a burden of travail, everyone at church is in that same spirit. This phenomenon is our born-of-God spirits, filled with the Holy Spirit, acting upon the heart energy field of our souls. This effect is illustrated by the diagram.

Direct Connections
Let’s bring all this back into our knowledge of Christ filling us full and of ourselves as Wholly completed human beings. The energy fields generated by our hearts include all that we call the human soul: mind, will, and emotions. Rowland speaks of the direct connection between this heart energy field and the various parts of our physical brain.
This heart energy field, then, stands between and is mightily effected by the energy fields generated by the rest of the physical body and the spirit energy fields generated by our incorruptible spirits one with the Holy Spirit. When we walk by tuning our heart energy together with the death in our bodies, then we die.
Voice
But if we, through the Spirit, turn our heart energy field towards Christ our only life, thus blocking out the negative energy fields of death and of this world, we shall live (Romans 8:13 – modified).
Although energia is a Greek word used specifically by the writers of the New Testament, I want to use a different word instead, a word that Rowland also used, in fact. Voice.
Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour … now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live (John 5:25). – My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me (John 10:19).
The Law of the Spirit of Life
When Paul wrote Romans 8:13, he was writing entirely out from his established premise: The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made us free from the law of sin and death (Romans 8:2). Paul, in saying, “If you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you shall live,” in NO WAY meant to place us back under the awful horror of “Hear and obey, and if you disobey, God will curse you with death.”
Let me explain how I now understand what Paul meant, the nature of our victory over death, the essence and action of our present Salvation.
Coming into Harmony
Roland explained that people can use such things as crystals to attempt to heal their diseased heart energy fields, damaged by microwave radiation. But then he said, basically, that changing the way you think about everything is a far more effective approach.
Be transformed by the renewing of your minds.
As you and I speak Christ our only life, as we ask God to fulfill His Word in our lives in all that He means, and then believe that we have already received all fulfillment, as we walk together with God giving thanks in and for all and speaking good grace into all, the energy field of our hearts, our psuches, is coming into harmony with the Voice of the Son of God.
Victory over Death
For the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is life because of righteousness (Romans 8:10). And as our heart energy field vibrates in perfect harmony with our spirits filled with the Holy Spirit, with the Voice of our Shepherd, then the death energy field still remaining in our bodies, and the horrendous attack of the beast against us through physical microwaves, are no longer in our picture.
But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you (Romans 8:11). Full victory over death. Salvation.
One Mind
Now we find ourselves in the same mind with Paul. Look back at the actual meaning of the Greek word Paul used for “home,” – demos – living among a people of shared identity, in 2 Corinthians 5:6-8. At home in the body MEANS living in tune with the identity of sin and death. At home with the Lord MEANS living in tune with the identity of all the good things of Christ inside of us.
If we walk in tune with the negative frequencies of death in this world, then we are “absent from the Lord.” But if we walk by faith and not by sight, in tune with all the good things of Christ inside of us, then we are fully present with the Lord.
Being In-Tune
The thought of death as “salvation” never entered Paul’s mind once, and it never enters ours.
Salvation is the literal frequency of our heart energy field being fully in tune with the Heart of God beating in our chest, the Living Lamb-Slain. And this being in-tune is being the Mercy Seat of heaven, drawing all into love and setting all free.
This wondrous truth of the incredible privilege God has given us to sing ourselves into complete harmony with all the frequency and voice that is our Savior, we will explore more fully in the session: “What Is a Sustaining Word?” The Voice of the Son of God!
