An Experience of Completion

This page contains what was taught in the Zoom meeting on May 22, 2022. The audio is from the Zoom meeting. The first part of the teaching is Lesson 26.3 "The Rule of God" from Symmorphy VI: Mankind and the second part is Lesson 2.1 "Principles of Completion" from Symmorphy VII: Completion. These two lessons are followed by a prayer asking God to be sealed into all completion.

My purpose in this teaching is to set before you a third experience in God, to be sealed into all Completion of Word, to be sealed into a life of sharing all things with the Father.

26.3 The Rule of God

The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel’ (Psalm 2:7-9). – The one presently and actively overcoming and keeping watch until the completion of My works, I will give him authority upon the peoples, and he will shepherd them with a staff of iron, as broken earthen vessels; even as I also have received from My Father, and I will give him the morning star (Revelation 2:26-28).

God created us to rule. God designed us such that He can rule through us forever.

A Third Level of Knowing God. The inner working of our human soul is the most important place in the universe to God. Just as God met together with us inside the confusion of Jesus’ soul upon the cross, so God meets together with each created thing inside the workings of our own human souls. This is really what I am beginning to understand about Completion. Completion of Word comes out from one action, God and us synergeoing together, making all things GOOD, the very thing God proposed right from the start.

I now know that there is a third experience in God prior to the resurrection of our bodies, a third level of knowing God that is the emanation of Life.

An Unfolding to Permanence. Receiving from God this third experience is equal to, yet far greater than, being born again and being immersed into the Devoted Spirit. The result of this experience over the last few weeks is that I KNOW that a shared life with God is part of myself and true to who and what I am. This experience has come to me as an unfolding to permanence, one might say. It is a knowing out from Joy.

The experience of being conceived of God comes to us. The experience of being immersed into the Spirit comes upon us. But this experience of Completion flows out from our own person, out from our own heart and soul, Father with us.

Out from Joy. Now, the path to this experience of completion and fullness and the outflow from this experience are part of Kingdom and will be featured in Symmorphy VII: Completion. Here we are defining mankind, and thus “the Rule of God” as part of our human design.

The rule of God contains no shadow of “rule over” or of “command and control,” or any outward or imposed darkness. Joy is the center of my person, and the rule of God flows out from that JOY in complete harmony, not just with, but as all that I am. In my knowing, God remains God and I remain me, and there is no confusion of person. Nonetheless, our sharing of life together is so complete such that we are the same note, tune, and rhythm.

Synergeia. “The same note, tune, and rhythm” is the meaning of synergeia. The rule of God forever is synergeia, the full entwining of God’s life force and my life force as one together, such that the flow of “This Treasure through my earthen vessel,” is simply normal and natural to me.

I remain fully human, yet I am also Joy. I am Joy inside my person, and I am Excitement towards every forward step. The flow of Life through me is normal and natural to myself, and it is normal and natural to God my Father. My mind thinks only in terms of all completion of Word fulfilled as the outflow of my own person, Christ Jesus my life.

For the Sake of Others. I am not boasting “of myself.” What I am trying to do is to make this present experience as clear as I can express it. You also will have this same experience with God, yet your knowing of this act of Completion will be true to your own heart and person and to how God has always synergeoed with you.

You will not have this experience as a result of any “Pentecostal travail,” which is little more than unbelief on the one hand and a longing for superiority on the other. There is one path to this experience, and I have shown you that path. In fact, the four actions of Love, described in the last lesson, becoming how you think and live, is that path. Giving thanks and expecting God – for the sake of others.

Out from Me. Synergeoing with God is now the only knowledge I have of myself. And I know synergeoing as the fulfillment in me of every gospel Word spoken by God and written in the Bible. This synergeoing with God, this fulfillment of every gospel Word, is normal and natural to me, it flows out from what I have always been and how I know myself. And it is permanent, regardless of the winds or the waves.

Yet this flow of synergeoing is the Rule of God, a Rule that contains no carnal effort on my part. What removed carnal effort from me? – The revelation that my every next moment is Father sharing with me the building of our Home together, a dwelling place for us and for all.

To Tend and to Keep. Here is our first place of synergeoing with God.Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it. – Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name (Genesis 2:15 & 19).

The “garden of Eden” is to us the Church, millions of believers in Jesus all across planet Earth, Jesus all inside of all. What I CALL anything is what that thing becomes to me and even how it begins to know itself. My impact on my world is complete.

Calling into Being. Consider a child who wets the bed. I refused ever to call such a one a “bed-wetter” or by any kind of shame. Instead I called such a one “courageous,” and so he became. This is no “magic wand,” for the actions of Cover and Carry require years of cost. Yet this is a river flowing out, bringing my call to all.

This One who is continuously giving life to the dead and calling into existence things not existing (Romans 4:17). This is the rule of God, flowing out from my synergeoing with Him as my true and only self. Nothing created can live of itself, nothing created can be good of itself. You and I call it to be so – and it becomes.

A Description of Us. We know moreover that those who are actively loving God are synergeoing together with God to turn with purpose all—all things, all entities, all circumstances, all moments—into pure and intrinsic goodness, that is, into the knowledge of God. These are those who are continuously being called as and by the precise details of God’s Pro-Thesis, His set-forth purpose from the beginning (Romans 8:28 – expanded).

For years I understood the meaning of these words and I acknowledged them and called them to be so by faith. Yet in this wondrous third experience with God, an experience that flowed out from the Joy of my own person and as the Excitement of my every next moment, I now KNOW this simply as a description of myself – and of you as well.

Calling out from Death. Yet, as we have seen, this synergeoing of God and me together is sandwiched between the two actions of covering and carrying all inside our garden, that is, our immediate world. For the sake of others.

Consider these two callings. “Sir, you are a sinner.” – versus – “My dear brother, you are entirely wrong about yourself and everything else. Close your mouth concerning yourself and hear the good speaking of Jesus out from which you come every moment.” The first call seals that person into death until a greater caller comes along. The second call opens the path of life to the one hearing the call. – This is the rule of God.

My Call Prevails. My call prevails over all false calls, for my call is always with the Father. Whatever I desire, God does, just as Jesus said He would. This is normal and natural, and it flows out from Joy.

This is how Jesus walked. His walk was the rule of God. Nobody understood that because they all defined “rule” by the devil. In fact, they wanted a Messiah who would rule like the devil, and they killed Jesus because He did not. Yet Jesus prevailed over those worst of men. They wanted Him dead; He wanted them WITH HIM in glory. Jesus called them by “Father, forgive them.” Jesus won. This is the rule of God.

A River of Life. The rule of God flowing out from each one of us is fitted to our own human persons and personality. Then, the rule of God flowing out from our local togetherness is fitted to that particular Christ Community, its ways and expressions. This rule protects. It provides. It brings joy. It embraces with belonging. It places all into respect. It is a River of Life flowing out in power from our own hearts and from our shared lives.

What we call something is what that something becomes. This is not “hear no evil, see no evil,” this is power, the power of Spirit carrying power-filled Words.

The Mercy Seat. Psalm 22 gives us the dynamics of the Mercy Seat of God, the place out from which all rule of God flows forever. John 19 shows us the outward view of that same Mercy Seat. The inward is all the turmoil of a confused human soul clinging desperately to God. The outward is a gentle voice calling each one into Life.

Psalm 22 shows us that we are just like Jesus in our confusion. It shows us that even when we feel as if God must be far away from us, we stretch out one tiny finger – “Father, You hear me,” and we KNOW that our God is sharing even that confusion utterly together with us. John 19 shows us that, just like Jesus, even in the midst of all agony, we can still speak life into others.

A Set-Forth Soul. John said that Jesus “set-forth His soul for us.” Tithemi psuche, set-forth soul.

Salvation is being a normal human. Redemption is an escape from madness. A person who is angry with God over being made just like Him can be diagnosed only as insane.

“Set-forth” means two things in my present knowing. First, it means an established word, certain and sure. And second, it means available to me, there where I can access it. Jesus is just like me in my soul and I am just like Him. For that reason, I can follow Him out of my insanity and into the eye-blinking light of normality.

Sharing Our Infirmities. Therefore, He ought to be made just exactly like His brothers and sisters in every possible way, that He might become a merciful and faithful High Priest connecting us continuously with God, into making reconciliation and reconnection [the Mercy Seat] for the people who were falling short and disconnecting from God (Hebrews 2:17).

You cannot guide someone out of the darkness of their own confusion if you do not know their exact and personal weakness for yourself, intimately and personally. This Jesus did for us. This we do for one another. This we together do for every part of creation. Taking upon ourselves the infirmities of others for their sakes brings the rule of God.

And We Also. To the weak I became as weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some (1 Corinthians 9:22).

I had imagined that I was stretching it in my present understanding of why our Salvation must take place inside the confusion of Jesus’ human Soul. But the moment I understood what I was reaching for, all kinds of verses came flowing in. There are many more verses than Hebrews 2:17 and 1 Corinthians 9:22 saying the same thing.

And we also – allow the vulnerability of our own souls to be a path for others to find the only thing good and true.

The Soul – the Throne. And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul (Genesis 2:7).For we have this treasure inside of earthen vessels, so that the surpassing beyond-ness of the power may be of God and not of us (2 Corinthians 4:7). The one presently and actively overcoming, I will give him to sit with Me inside My throne, just exactly as I also overcame, and sat down with My Father inside His throne (Revelation 3:21).

To hate being a living soul made out from God and dirt, earthen vessels filled with God, is to hate God without a cause, for we are just like Him. Our human souls are become the place where all the Word God speaks is fulfilled and made complete.

Normal Humans. We overcome hating God without a cause as we come down to being the full measure that is Christ Jesus.

Until we all come down to the unity of the faith and acknowledgement of the Son of God, into being a complete or perfect man, into the measurement of the maturity of the fullness or completion of Christ (Ephesians 4:13).

It is normal to be just like Jesus. It is our insanity down from which we have come. It is normal to love as God Loves, synergeoing with our Father. It is normal to build our habitation inside every moment shared with our God. We are normal humans. We are the rule of God inside all creation forever.

2.1 Principles of Completion

Salvation has two parts, redemption first and then completion. Redemption in our experience is instantaneous and total. God places us into completion, that is, into Christ, the moment we receive Jesus as our Savior. Yet our knowing of completion comes slowly over time.

In an upcoming lesson, we will consider redemption again. In this lesson we assume that Completion is now the only thing we know and the only place we live. The term “completion” is the best umbrella word, gathering with it such gospel terms as fullness, fulfilled, all, uttermost, consummation, and so on. The prominence of completion in the Bible is overwhelming.

Purpose. Every Bible study in any direction must be placed upon the certain foundation of God’s purpose, what God wants for Himself out of this whole thing. I have been teaching purpose and completion right from the start, yet only now, in this Passover season of the year of our Lord, 2022, have I come to know it for real.

I have included in the Appendix a list of New Testament verses containing the Greek words telos or pleroo and their many derivatives. Most of these principles are drawn from those verses, yet they also add to themselves other critical verses that we must have to understand Completion. Let’s list seven principles of completion and then we’ll expand on each.

Seven Principles.
1. Every Word Fulfilled
2. Synergeoing as Center
3. Full Assurance of Faith
4. The Ability of Christ
5. The Place of Church
6. The Fulness of Times
7. Calling Completion

Technically, each of these should be a chapter. If we designed this text in that way, however, it would be Covenant, not Kingdom. Because Kingdom is always coming out from Covenant, we will place these seven principles into our structure of the unfolding of that Kingdom in every way we can.

1. Every Word Fulfilled. Jesus said to them, “…Everything must be fulfilled that is written about Me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms” (Luke 24:44). When? – In this present age. Where? – On this present earth.

For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it (Isaiah 55:16-17). Where? – On this present earth. When? – In this present age.

The absence of this absolute in Christian thinking is shocking.

MUST BE! Let’s bring Jesus’ words into our present day. “Everything that is written in Paul’s gospel and confirmed by John concerning Me inside My Church MUST BE FULFILLED.”

Consider this Word of Jesus that must be fulfilled. – “Love one another in exactly the same way that I have loved you.” If this Word is not fulfilled in totality, exactness, and permanence inside the present church, then there is no God and Jesus was blowing smoke.

This first principle of completion requires every believer in Jesus to contend face-to-Face with God concerning His Word. Pause a moment and think about the absolute certainty of every Word fulfilled.

2. Synergeoing Together. For this is age-unfolding life, that they may know You, the One true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent (John 17:3). To KNOW God is Life; not to know God is death. Neither the meaning of “to know” nor the God we are to know has any end. Nonetheless, there is a sealing into completion that marks a knowledge of God that is Life.

This experience in a believer’s life of being sealed into completion results in the full knowledge of sharing life with God and synergeoing with Him to make all things good, especially every next step taken. Sharing Life with God, that is, symmorphy, is the end purpose of Covenant; synergeoing with God is the outflow of Kingdom.

The Bond of Friendship. Completion means that God and the believer take every next step together, entirely by an equality of faith in one another, that is, Christ Jesus. Completion means true and continuous friendship with God.

We have defined friendship elsewhere as being a commitment to walk together in full equality of heart and with fully shared and open words and actions of harmony and honesty. It means enjoying one another inside of the deepest respect. Nothing is greater or more valuable than to synergeo with God as equals inside a fully shared Word, making all things good, calling all things into life. My bond of friendship with God is the only thing worth knowing.

3. Full Assurance of Faith. He did not judge [his] deadness through unbelief, however, but he was filled with power in faith, into the promise of God, giving God glory. Abraham was convinced to full measure and completion that what God had promised, He is also able to do (Romans 4:20-21).

Let us approach [everything inside the Holiest] with a true heart, in full assurance of faith (Hebrews 10:22). – For we have become partakers of Christ IF INDEED the source of our substance and assurance we should hold firm until all completion (Hebrews 3:14).

Look at me, God; I belong to You. Let it be to me according to Your Word (Luke 1:38).

Full Salvation. I finally know what full Salvation is. – Full Salvation is friendship with God. Friendship is full assurance of faith in one another. God always initiates; my response to Him is always giving back what He first gives to me. My certainty that God is speaking me in truth comes out from God’s certainty in me first, that I speak in truth.

God knows me, for I come out from His thoughts through the good-speaking of Jesus; God entrusts Himself to me, that I speak the truth. This trust enables me in return to embrace all that God speaks as the truth and to know that all that God is belongs to me.

4. The Ability of Christ. Who will transform the outer appearance of our lowly individual physical bodies, as we are symmorphosed with [sharing the same form with] His entire glorious Body [the Church], down to the finest details of the Energeia, the mighty continuous and swirling action of His ability to cause ALL to be subject to Himself (Philippians 3:21).Christ, Who is energeoing all down to the finest details of the counsel and deliberate wisdom arising out of God’s desire (Ephesians 1:11).

Jesus is capable of doing symmorphy. Jesus is capable of connecting God and me together in a shared life, in all things. Jesus is capable of living as me. Jesus is capable of taking my human qualities and making them part of God.

The Faith of the Son of God. Jesus is the most able Being in the entire universe, for He is able to do what neither God nor we can do. God cannot connect with us apart from Jesus. We cannot connect with God apart from Jesus.

The Bible does not say that God can do “anything”; rather, it means that God can do all that He speaks. Jesus is the all-speaking of God. Jesus is God’s ability to do inside creation. This is why Jesus as the Pro-Thesis of God, the Word set forth for us from the very start, is so important to God and to us.

More than that, the life I now live inside this sphere of flesh, I live entirely inside the sphere of the faith of the Son of God, this one having loved me and having given Himself entirely for me. – I have all the faith in the universe.

5. The Place of Church. The Church is His body, the fullness of Christ, that is, the full meaning that is Christ filling full all inside of all, that is, Jesus filling with Himself everything in everyone (Ephesians 1:23).This is My full completion, that you love one another in full reciprocity just exactly as I have loved you (John 15:12).

Carry one another’s great weight of value, and thus you shall complete the law of Christ to full measure (Galatians 6:2). Beloved, if God so loved us, we also are committed to loving one another (1 John 4:11). Friendship with God means friendship with one another, otherwise no friendship with God actually exists.

Going to Church. The gathering together of the Church is the place of Salvation; it is where true friendship with God takes place. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! – For there the Lord commanded the blessing—Life forevermore (Psalm 133).

The place of Church, then, is as true for God’s Completion as it is for ours. God cannot be complete except in Church. We cannot be complete except in Church. No one wants to go to heaven, for death cannot save anyone. Everyone wants to go to Church, even if they imagine otherwise. Salvation is NOT heaven; salvation is Church.

6. The Fulness of Time. The principle of the fulness of time is based upon God’s law of the relationship between substance and appearance. For that reason, this principle has two parts. The first part of this principle asserts that everything is already complete, though we may not see it outwardly. Then, the second part is a short time-period set by God in which everything will be seen as it truly is. That which has always been true remains, while the lie is KNOWN as a lie and then vanishes away.

Each, however, in their own order: the firstfruit Christ, then those of Christ inside of His presence, then the completion, when He shall give the kingdom to Father God, when He shall have rendered inoperative all other sources and authorities and powers (1 Corinthians 15:23-24).

Everything As It Is. Even more than that, those whom He pro-determined, these He also called; and those whom He called, these He has already made fully just and innocent; and even more than that, those whom He made just and innocent, these He has already fully glorified (Romans 8:30). With God, Salvation is Complete from the very start. Yet that completion is substance and not yet appearance.

The time is near. The one being unjust, let him be unjust still; and he who is filthy, let him be filthy still, and he who is just, let him do justice still; and he who is holy, let him be holy still (Revelation 22:10-11). God’s completion requires that everything be seen to be fully what it is by all. This apocalypse is certain.

7. Calling Completion. This One who is continuously giving life to the dead and calling into existence things not existing (Romans 4:17).

So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them (Mark 11:22-24). – Look at me, God; I belong to You. Let it be to me according to Your Word (Luke 1:38).

The reality of God requires that we call Completion into our lives. We do this through full assurance of faith.

Our Active Role. Calling completion is our active role. The Devoted Spirit, entirely on our side of things, anoints us to call, but calling completion upon ourselves is something we alone must do. Yet calling forth completion is always for the sake of others, and thus our call is always synergeoing with God, making all things good and true, that is, Complete.

In Philippians 2, Paul said that Jesus comes through the faith of others (beginning with Mary’s ‘Let it be to me’), but that Jesus Himself actively called God into visibility through His human appearance. This is our privilege, this is our responsibility, this is Salvation Revealed, that you and I call God into the lives of others through our human frame.

Our Glorious Salvation. This lesson is a first-go at setting out these seven principles of completion. That means that I see ever more into their meaning even as I carefully set out my first knowing of what God means by them. I expect that, as we apply these principles to our study of completion all the way through this course, at the end of it, we will have a much more accurate and thorough understanding of how we live in and by these seven things.

Yet I am just overwhelmed, even by this first time through this list, for these things are so clear and so simple and so overwhelmingly powerful and wondrous.

We live in all Salvation now. Our Salvation is Glorious and Complete.

A Prayer for Completion

Our Prayer

In our prayer today, we want to ask God for this experience of knowing our completion, that is, our full friendship with God, being sealed into life. As we ask for this experience, we are placing it as equal to and greater than being born again or being immersed into the Spirit of God. As such we first ask, then we believe that we have received, then we wait upon God in full expectation for an actual experience that transforms our knowing from the inside out.

I am making this prayer personal to each one of us.

“God, my Father, I ask You to give me a third experience in knowing You. In my first experience of knowing You, You sent Jesus into my heart that I might be conceived of Your incorruptible Word. In my second experience of knowing You, You immersed me into Your Devoted Spirit, sending Your Spirit into every part of my human soul, that I might know that Your Word is true.

“In this third experience in knowing You, Oh God, I ask that You seal me forever into LIFE and into the Completion of all Salvation and of all that You speak. Father, cause me to KNOW that You share every part of my daily life with me. Cause me to KNOW that I synergeo with You turning every single next step and moment and circumstance into all goodness as our dwelling place.

“God our Father, save me forever from any thought that You might be separate from me, that You might not be sharing my life with me. Save me forever from any thought that You and I together do not turn all things towards goodness for the sake of others.

“Seal me into my commitment to You, Oh God, into the full equality of friendship with You, face to Face and heart to Heart, even as You are first committed to me. Let the completion of Your Word flow out of me as my entire human person joined with You in all familiar companionship. Let the ability of Your Son cause You and me to know one another in intimate participation together.

“God, seal me right now into Your Glorious Salvation, into all completion of every Word You speak, into the full knowledge of Your intimate friendship with me, into all honesty and into no need of any sufficiency in myself. Seal me into the River of our precious Devoted Spirit flowing out from our persons together, setting creation free.

“I ask for this experience from You, Oh God, my Father, inside of the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, that He might be proven faithful and true in all that You speak. And in asking I believe with full assurance of faith that I have received all that I have asked. And in believing that I have already received, I wait upon You in confident expectation that this experience of being sealed into Your Completion, into all the fullness of LIFE, will arise from inside of me, inside of my knowing of myself and of You with me, that I am forever just like the Lord Jesus Christ.

“I give You all thanks, my Father, and I wait in confident expectation upon Your arising in me every moment.”
