17.4 Living in the Holiest

© 2015 Christ Revealed Bible Institute

What does it mean to live inside the Holiest Place in the universe? What does it mean to possess ALL of God for ourselves? Symmorphy. Walking and living, breathing and talking, as One Person together with Father God, revealing Him as He is to all, now and through the rest of all the future ages of time. It means to be God’s body, to share heart and Spirit, mind and will, actions and intentions, with the Father, the Creator of the new heavens and the new earth flowing out of us. It means sharing everything we call ourselves with Another Person – Other Persons living inside of all that we are.

Symmorphy
Symmorphy (noun):
  1. The state or condition of a human being fused utterly together with God such that the two persons, God and the human, exist and express themselves together as one.
  2. Two persons, God and a human, sharing the same form.
Symmorphose (verb):
  1. Initiating the processes by which a human being and God are fused together as one.
  2. Being formed or fashioned together, sharing the same form or outward appearance and expression.
  3. To actively engage with God as one person with you.
Out from Father

Be holy just as I am holy.
Love in exactly the same way I love.
Serve in the manner in which you see Me serve.
Walk just exactly as I walk.
Overcome in the way I overcome.
Forgive even as I forgive.
Sit with Me as I sit with you in our Father’s throne.
I send you in exactly the same way our Father sent Me.
Walk in LIFE in the same manner that I rose from the dead.
Be perfect, just exactly as our Father is perfect.

Boldly Proclaiming
Remember, we have already won for ourselves the answer to the question HOW! How, Lord, do we walk in these things? By freedom of speech. By boldly proclaiming that we are – in full assurance of faith. And then believing that Jesus fulfills all these things as He is, right now, living as us by the very LIFE we seek to obtain.

You see, there are two sides to living in the Holiest for us right now: substance and appearance. We live by substance right now, waiting for the Father’s moment to seize the appearance of life, the resurrection. And thus here is how we speak right now.

Out from Us

I AM holy just as our Father is holy.
I love in exactly the same way You love.
I serve in the manner in which I see You serve.
I walk just exactly as You walk.
I overcome in the way You overcome.
I forgive even as You forgive.
I sit with You as You sit with me in our Father’s throne.
I AM sent in exactly the same way our Father sent You.
I walk in LIFE in the manner that You rose from the dead.
I AM perfect, just exactly as our Father is perfect.

Our Present Condition
Let me explain that more specifically. Right now, we speak and believe and know, ever more fully, that we ARE in all ways living only inside and as the very incorruptible life of Father God. We PUT ON the Lord Jesus Christ.

BUT – our appearance remains the same; we continue to live inside a dying body, inside of mortal flesh. Our present condition is God’s utter intention from the beginning; God has an appointment with human flesh. God will prove His Word true inside and out from the appearance of death, His Word which is age-abiding LIFE!

The First HOW
Living in the Holiest is where we have been from the start; we are learning the normal Christian life. Let’s tie all this together before finishing with God’s real intention for us, which includes, but goes far beyond, the supreme joy of living together with the Father through Christ Jesus in our present form.

The first HOW? is the cross, our protector. The cross is the mighty barrier, the wall, the bars, the lock of that tiny little room inside of Jesus where God placed everything in the universe, and everything of us, that He hates. That little room is called the empty tomb; and when we look inside it to see, there is nothing there.

The Second HOW
Yet we enter this vast room in which we now already live, the Lord Jesus Christ, only as little children. Put on the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 13:14a) “The door is closed, children, and you are safe.” Thus we are FREE to learn of all our Salvation is.

Then the second HOW?, the blood, tells us how we are to conduct ourselves in this vast room that is Christ. We enter as children, yes, but once inside, we act as children would act – as PIRATES!, seizing hold of EVERYTHING that is Christ as our very own. With ALL boldness. – This conduct really pleases the Father.

Every Word
But how do we seize hold of all that is Christ? By the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus (Philemon 1:6).

Jesus is every word God speaks. Look at every one of the “Just As” verses. More than fifteen times the gospel commands us to be just like God. In Slide 3, God is sending forth Christ out from Himself through these words. In every word, Christ is utterly a part of the Father by that Word. Then, in Slide 5, we speak Christ as ourselves. The “I AM” is still Christ, but now utterly a part of us, all the while remaining utterly a part of the Father as that same Word.

I Am Perfect
The Father is perfect in Himself; that means He is complete and whole. The Father is One; the Father is all that He is. Then the Father turns His perfection into words, the Lord Jesus Christ, going forth from the Father to create perfection. Therefore be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

We hear those words as Christ our only life coming into us to be what He IS. Then, we put those same words into our own mouths, speaking them as Christ our life. The word is in your mouth and in your heart, this word of faith that we speak (Romans 10:8). I am perfect, just as Our Father in heaven (the Spirit) is perfect.

A Different Direction
And now we ARE perfect. We are connected as one person with the Father through Christ Jesus, which is exactly what God made us to be. We are whole; we are complete.

BUT!!!!! Here is what we MUST understand. Now that we are complete in Christ, now that we are perfect, now that we are utterly connected to the Father as one person together, sharing the same form. Now that we are learning all that Symmorphy, the Holy of Holies means: look out – because now we have only just begun. Everything from here on out is going in a different direction.

The Mercy Seat
Let’s get the exact picture God gives us: the Mercy Seat. To sit down upon the Mercy Seat is to turn around. But the Mercy Seat is not just where we are seated; the Mercy Seat is where Christ dwells – our hearts. And there I will meet with you, and I will speak with you from above the mercy seat (Exodus 25:22). Remember that we are in Christ; it is God and us together now speaking as that same Mercy Seat, out from the Blood.

God has us; now He wants His Bride. You and I are caught in the grip of reckless, unrestrained Passion, DETERMINED to win back His creation through us.

The Wanting of Life
The second HOW verse, the Blood, is the How of releasing rivers of living water, the Father revealed, into His creation.

And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb (the Mercy Seat). In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations (Revelation 22:1-2).

It is by the recklessness of a pirate, the very heart of David, that we sit down upon the Mercy Seat. It is that same reckless Pirate, the Lord Jesus Christ, who now through us will have WHAT HE WANTS – all who are His.

The Third HOW
Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me (John 17:24).

We live only inside the Passion of this DESIRE, filling our hearts with that same glory – towards all who belong to Jesus. And thus we find that the third HOW? verse, the HOW of the resurrection, has nothing to do with our “going into” God, but everything to do with the Father, rushing forth through us, drawing His own into His heart.

But first we must look more closely at the place God has chosen in which to live and through which to reveal Himself. Hearts of Flesh.
