22. Fire Upon Mercy - PP

Having turned around, you begin immediately your fourth season inside the Holy of Holies.

The truth is, you will never leave the Holiest ever again, for wherever you go, it is you and Father together; wherever the Ark of the Covenant might be, that IS the Holiest. But when we say, “go forth as the Ark of the Covenant,” we are speaking of this Tabernacle Pattern God has given us that we might understand His ways with us.

Having turned around, we are going together, Father with us together, out through each part of this Tabernacle Way again, seeing everything, now, through very different eyes.

The Greater Things. Before we can be as Christ to His Church, however, we must spend a season learning what it means to be just like the Lord Jesus.

This is a season in quietness, without the clamoring of public expression.

You see, miracles do come out from the Hheart you share with Father, most certainly, but no miracle, no matter how “mighty” can ever be placed as greater than the true manifestation of God, that is, little acts of kindness and gentle words of encouragement. Only when those “little things” are the greatest to you are you ready for life as the Church.

The Throne of Heaven.
Fire on the Ark.jpg
EXCEPT – having turned around, where on earth are we?

But God, being abundant and overflowing in mercy through His great love with which He loved us… made us alive together, and raised us up together, and seated us together, that is, sharing together as believers being seated together in the heavenly realms inside of Christ Jesus, that He might show forth and prove…

The Entrance of God. Seated together upon the throne of God, that is, upon the Mercy Seat.

The drawing of the fire upon the Mercy Seat in the picture is wrong, for the fire does not come up from the Blood, but rather, comes down from the heavens with its tip point just above the Blood, as a true pillar of fire.

And there I will meet with you, and I will speak with you from above the mercy seat, [just above the Blood] from between the two cherubim which are on the ark of the Testimony (Exodus 25:22). You are seated as the tip point of that fire, the Entrance of God into His creation.

Synergeoing with God. Do you see why we never again “approach” God, or anything in that sphere of thinking?

Having turned around, now seated upon Mercy, you could not “approach” God without departing first from Him in the false imaginings of a deluded mind. In complete contrast, everything you and Father are going through together is as His Mercy, that is, for the sake of others, that they also might know God.

It is your expectation of faith in God with you, then, that causes all your difficulties and joys, all your stumbling and achievements, to be intercession for others. – Synergeoing with God, making all things good.

Your Heart and Face. This picture then makes the critical word, synergeoing, in Romans 8:28, to be this pillar of fire at its tip point, that is, you, seated upon Blood.

You see, this picture of being turned around and seated upon and as the throne of God – His Mercy – allows so many gospel verses to mean what they say. So many gospel verses have nothing to do with “going to,” but everything to do with God with and through you.

Consider your heart as the Covenant and your face, then, as the visible expression of God-Fire. – this same God shines inside our hearts towards the illumination of the knowledge of the glory of God as the face and presence of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 4:6).

Two Uses of the Same Picture. The first picture of the Ark is us living inside of Jesus and He inside of us as inside of the Ark of the Covenant. Then, this further picture of our being seated upon the throne of God, seated upon Blood and between the cherubim, looking out towards the Church, is a second use of this same metaphor.

God’s use of metaphors is not rigid but fluid, that we might be led by a Spirit who so often surprises us.

Being seated upon the throne of Mercy, as the tip point of that Fire that is God entering into the human experience, means that your heart is the Entrance of God. God enters into the knowledge of creation through your heart.

Seated Upon Mercy. Let’s look first at our physical position in regards to God’s metaphor, seated upon Mercy.

We are seated upon a slab of gold covering the Ark, except that the Blood of the Lord Jesus is between us and that solid gold of God. Beneath that slab of gold is the Covenant, encased in our human form covered inside and out with God. Everything comes out from that Covenant, by the Spirit.

On each side of us are the cherubim; our back rests against their wings, our arms upon the wings in front – Keep and Make Holy, unstoppable in their work.

Seeing the Church. Since we have turned around in order to sit with Jesus upon the throne of heaven, we are now looking out through the way by which God carried us rapidly into the knowledge of things already true.

There is no veil.

We see the Holy of Holies as one larger room together with the Holy Place. We see that, as far as reality is concerned, everything that is the Holiest reaches out to include within its definitions everything found in the Holy Place. We see that the Church was never in-part, but always the fullness of Jesus who fills all inside of all.

They Do Not Know! And we see our brethren, millions of Spirit-filled believers in Jesus, living entirely inside of God, filled with the Lord Jesus, His physical body as He now walks this earth as them. We see the glorious Salvation in which they live; the inexpressible glory now shining through them to all.

And we see that they do not know any of that, not at all.

We see them piling up inside the Altar of Incense, refusing to take that one more step into the knowledge of things already true. We see them pretending that there is a mighty veil separating between them and God. And our hearts are broken, for we cannot understand why.

For the Sake of All. If we were to rush out into the Church in a misguided attempt to convince them of their present and full union with the Lord Jesus Christ, we would, ourselves, depart from the rest of that union.

God intends for us to keep the Church before our eyes, even as we learn to be just like the Lord Jesus, but not to be drawn away from the critical learning taking place for us.

We have two purposes, now, two overwhelming passions, the first is “for Father’s sake,” that He might win the desire of His heart. And the second is for the sake of all these who belong to Jesus, that they might know Him.

And We Also. Here is our task in the Holy of Holies, what we must learn, in its full depths, before God will send us into the Church.

By this we have known love, because He laid down His life, set forth His soul, for us, for our sake, AND WE ALSO are committed to setting forth our souls for the sake of our brothers and sisters (1 John 3:16). You see, we are seated upon the throne, possessing all authority over the entire creation, heaven and earth.

Here is the transfer of that authority to us. This is my full completion, that you love one another in exactly the same way that I love you (John 15:12).

The Authority to Love. And then again – Love your enemies, that is, be just like God (Mathew 5).

Here, then, is that same authority from God to love, as expressed as the center of our overcoming. – The one presently and actively overcoming and keeping watch until the completion of My works, I will give him authority upon the peoples, and he will shepherd them in a staff of iron, as the earthen vessels are broken; even as I also have received from My Father, and I will give him the morning star (Revelation 2:26-28).

Authority upon the peoples is one thing – God Himself.

Humans Do NOT Love. Let’s get our picture straight. Apart from Me, you can do nothing (John 15). – No sufficiency in ourselves. – For we have this treasure in an earthen vessel that the excellency of the power may be of God and not of us (2 Corinthians 3).

God is love (1 John 3 & 4). Thus, not-God is not-Love.

What I mean to say is that humans do NOT love. Never go around pretending that you just “love everybody.” If you are called of God, you will be exposed as false. If you are not exposed as false, it’s because its not yet your season. You do not, have not, and never will love.

God Is Love. Paul made it very clear, in 1 Corinthians 13, that you can DO every action that is love outwardly your entire life and all of it is one big waste of time. None of it is love because none of it is Father with you.

God alone is love, for us to be Love, it must be God Himself through us.

And that brings us to the biggest thing in the Holy of Holies and in our lives – that Pillar of Fire that is God being God, that is, Love. And it brings us to God’s original set-forth Purpose for mankind that we would synergeo with Him to make all things good.

Only Through Faith. You and I ARE the Entrance of God-Love into His creation, Father Himself, now sharing our lives with us in all ways, and in every moment and circumstance.

But Father can share our lives only through our faith that He IS, and by no other means. God-Love enters through us because we KNOW that God Love is poured out in our hearts regardless.

You do not know God-Love when you are “feeling” God-Love. You know God-Love when you call God to be part of your life when you are feeling your worst, when you don’t want to love, when “for Father’s sake,” is your only choice.

Sharing Everything with God. A brother shared with me a foolish mistake that he had made. Then he said – “God does not make mistakes.”

I stopped him immediately, for that is the old way of thinking, a way of thinking that drives God far away from us. God wants to be part of our lives, but He cannot be unless we allow Him to be.

Here’s how it really works. “My son, forgive Me for allowing us to share this mistake together.” And then, “Father, You and I together take this foolish thing that You share fully with me, and by our confidence in our precious Holy Spirit, we turn our agony to goodness for the sake of others.

Through Eyes of Fire. This is what Jesus does, as we see Him as He is, we are just like Him. – And we also.

Forever, God through us will happen only through faith, only as we call God to be part of our lives, synergeoing with us to direct all things into goodness, regardless.

Fire upon Mercy – not “for” us, but through us for others. We no longer “need” mercy, for we are Mercy now for all.

But before we can know what that means outwardly, we must learn three things, here, inside of God. We must learn sharing heart with God, setting forth our souls for others, and seeing all things through Eyes of Fire.
