9. Creating Rooms Inside and Out
It is not hard to see the connection between "creating many rooms" for a home and Christ living in the hearts of each one who belongs to Him, many dwelling places for God.At the same time, God is an infinite God, and thus there are inside of Him many dwelling places for all of His own ones as well as for each one of us unfolding through all the ages to come.
But we are looking at life together in Christian Community. And thus "many rooms" becomes a profound and wondrous way for us to see and know God filling full with all of Himself every particle and circumstance of our daily life together.
Lesson 9.1 Many Rooms lays out the larger concept of many rooms for God in His Church and many rooms for us inside of God. Everything is all about Christ living in our hearts through faith.
Lesson 9.2 Rooms Inside and Out then compares the points from the pattern, rooms inside and out with the essential points from the second most important verse in the Bible, Ephesians 3:17-10. As we lay out what God says in this way, the words of our construction together as God's Home become ever more glorious.
Lesson 9.3 Built for People provides an application of these truths to the actual construction and layout of the buildings inside of a Christian Community. Community buildings designed for life together as Christ revealed are marked by wholeness and belonging.
