28.1 Symmorphy Fulfilled

© 2018 Christ Revealed Bible Institute

This is the final content chapter of the Symmorphy texts, the 135th content chapter. Finally, for the first time, I understand the ten most important verses. For the first time, I understand the Purpose of God and the Essence of Jesus fulfilling that Purpose through us. Finally, I understand the Kingdom and the Covenant.

I don’t understand Life Together yet, of course, but I continue to live entirely in the hope that I will.

I understand Father and I understand the world and I know the reason why God is not known. Man is the master, and it has never entered God’s mind to remove man from his calling and place.

Endless Agony. People look at the natural creation and say, “I see no evidence of a God of love.” Predators and prey, killing and being ripped apart in terror.

And in the human world, endless agony, ruined lives, and shattered hopes, people weeping as their lives are destroyed. People hurt people and they will not stop. And American Christians are among the bloodiest murderers on the planet, even while they pretend they are not. The Church across the earth is seduced by an arrogant Christ, kept out from God by the whips of the serpent gospel. And no one knows Father; few care about His heart.

By Man Death. What we are seeing is a cosmos flowing out from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, a heaven and earth of death. By MAN death; by man LIFE. Man is the master; man is the guardian of the two trees, the progenitor of the two gospels. Through man flows death; through man flows life. It never enters God’s mind to remove us from our place, though He carries all.
Yet you and I do NOT know a cosmos of life. We have never been part of such a thing in any outward appearance. Now we know the bottom line. Now we know the singularity, the point at which everything goes from death to life.

The Bottom Line. Here is that bottom line.
LOVE ONE ANOTHER

I contend with you, dear reader. I point my finger into your forehead as the bony finger of the Almighty, and I contend with you. Is there anything else? Is there any other fulfillment, any other salvation, any other heaven?

Except this be the entire story of our lives TODAY, we are not – and neither is God. Reciprocal love, love flowing back and forth between two and among many – God.

No Natural “Love.” It is a dangerous thing to boast, as I just did, for as we know, so we hardly know at all. And since writing the above thoughts, as I pondered through the night where to go next with this lesson, I saw what I had never known. I saw how we are to know this love.

First, this cannot be the love of the natural family. Look across the earth – people love their children. Death rules. In fact, human love for one’s natural family is the root of war among humans. “I love my family; therefore, I kill you and yours for their sakes without regard for your love of family.” And so it has always been. Americans especially can’t get it into their heads that an Afghani father loves his family as much as they love theirs and will kill to protect them.

What is IN Man? But this love cannot be human performance, either. At no point could we ever say, “I will learn to love you.” No – you will not. And if you tried to love me, your effort would be that strange fire that God rejects. More than that, you would fail.

Consider these words. – Now when He was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in His name when they saw the signs which He did. But Jesus did not commit Himself to them, because He knew all men, and had no need that anyone should testify of man, for He knew what was in man (John 2:23-25). Jesus knew what was IN man – the absence of the knowledge of God.

The Fulness of Love. In complete contrast, through the Atonement, and through Paul’s gospel, here is what is IN you – that you might be filled with all the fulness of God. You are filled with all the fulness of Love. The love of God has been shed abroad in your hearts by the Holy Spirit who is given to you (Romans 5:5).

Do I believe that God is telling me the truth? Do I believe in Jesus? If I believe that God is telling me the truth, then I am convinced with all certainty that you love me, that you think more highly of me than you do of yourself, that you lay down your life for me. For are you not filled with God?

The Positive with the Negative. No consciousness of sins” is a negative. As a negative, it is necessary to the flow of life, but there can be no flow of life without its required positive. The positive current flowing alongside of seeing you with no consciousness of sins is seeing you as God-Love poured out for me. And until last night, I have never once thought or heard tell of such a thing, to place upon you the same confidence in “God-Is” that I have learned to place upon myself, that is, regarding love.

What happens to me when I realize that you, dear reader, think more highly of me than you do of yourself, that you God-Love me regardless of anything you say, do, think, or feel? I am brought to my knees in unworthiness.

Experience. You see, we can talk about God and deeper truth and believing in Jesus all we want, but LOVE is something entirely different. I know people. I know Christians. And I know that no two of us have ever loved one another, not once in 2000 years. We don’t even know what it is. And worse than that is the smiled sickness of Christians pretending to love you.

And so, of all the speaking of Christ I have taught, the hardest for me to say is, “I love you; I lay down my life for you.” Here is why. In my human knowledge, I have always “KNOWN” that you do not, in fact, love me, that you do not think of me more highly than you do of yourself.

And sadly, I have much experience proving what I “know.”

To Believe in God. Last night I realized that I have never believed in God. To believe in God is to KNOW that God is IN you, to know that you love me more than I could ever comprehend, that you think more highly of me than you do of yourself, that you lay down your life for me. And to hold to such knowledge with all joyous certainty regardless of anything you do, say, think, or feel against me – because God SAYS and because God IS.

Let me define the Church. The Church is ALL believers in Jesus who ALL love me more than I can know, who ALL think of me more highly than they do of themselves, who ALL lay down their lives for me, regardless.

To Overcome. To overcome is not to believe that I love you. To overcome is to know that you love me regardless.

And this is how I should have responded; I know it now. When readers of my letters were posting contempt for Joel Osteen on Facebook, here is what I should have written. “Brothers and sisters, I know Joel Osteen, and I know this. Joel Osteen loves you more than you can know; he thinks more highly of you than he does of himself. More than that, I know you, and I know that you are FILLED with God-Love and that you love Joel Osteen more than you can express. You think far more highly of him than you ever could think of yourself.”

He who comes to God must believe that God IS (Hebrews 11:6). And God IS inside of you.

The First Day of Tabernacles. Let me define the fulfillment of the first day of Tabernacles in the life of the Church. I have said that the First Day of Tabernacles is when God Himself in Person is all of our connections together. Well guess what. Today is the first day I have known that He is.

And now, when I look at the Church across the earth, I see millions of Christians, even hundreds of millions, and every single one of them, the entire Church, loves me more than I could ever understand, the entire Church thinks more highly of me than they do of themselves, the entire Church lays down her life for me.

How do I know this? Because God IS – inside and among His entire Church.

The Spirit and the Bride. And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely – even so come Lord Jesus (Revelation 22:17 & 20b).

It is only in writing the last session that I now understand what these words mean, even though I have had this verse placed here from the start. More than that, it is only after confessing the First Day of Tabernacles that I truly understand Christ. Love cannot come by human performance. Love comes THROUGH faith. Faith hears Romans 5:5, and faith knows with all certainty that God is telling us the truth.

Say, “Come.” The Spirit and the Bride speak together because the Holy Spirit is the Bride and the Bride is the Holy Spirit. He that is joined to the Lord is one Spirit with Him (1 Corinthians 6). – Flesh of His flesh, one flesh with Him – I am speaking of Christ and His Church (Ephesians 5).

And to say, “Come” goes in two directions at the same time. On the one hand, the word, “Come,” calls Christ into all and on the other hand, the word, “Come,” calls all into Christ. The word, “Come” is the power of the ekenosis, the power to see an invisible God. When I see the Church, I know that I AM seeing an invisible God, an invisible Love, for I know who is IN her – God.

The Local Church. But it is not the entire Church that counts; rather, it is the local Church that is the proof of Christ, that small assembly of believers in Jesus with whom you and I gather regularly. Think of every Christian you know personally and think of that individual as one who loves you more than you can know, who thinks more highly of you than he or she does of themselves.

If you imagine that, by moving to a Christian Community as I have described in this course, that you will then learn to love other believers in Jesus, you are not ready for Community – for you never will, not in a million years. Those who imagine that by “going to heaven” they will learn to love one another are even more deluded. It will not happen.

Unless We Believe. Unless we believe that God IS today, we never will. Unless we believe TODAY that the Spirit and the Bride are ONE, we never will.

Unless I KNOW, right now today, that you LOVE me with ALL the LOVE OF GOD, I never will. Unless we know that God is Love in and through His Church in all ways right now today, we never will.

And this knowing must be against the sight of our eyes and against the judgment of the human. We know against all the cacophony of what Christians think, say, feel and do. We know against all our experiences as humans together. We know God.

To KNOW God in You. For the first time in my life I know peace all the way through myself. For the first time in my life I know rest. To know that you, all of you, all believers in Jesus, love me more than I could comprehend, to know that you think more highly of me than you do of yourself, to know that you always lay down your life for me, regardless, is to know Symmorphy fulfilled. To know God IN you towards me today is to know God. There is no other God.

And so, when I gather with you and you with me into Christ Community, I will know already, inside of every TODAY, just how much God in Person is always extending Himself as Love from you to me and from me to you.

The Church IS. The two trees have always been faith in God-IS versus fake human performance, believing in Jesus versus dishonesty. God says, “You are.” The serpent follows immediately with “You can be.” And everyone imagines that the way of the serpent is the “right” way to go, especially the preachers.

And thus, as we walk together in the press of every daily circumstance and in the gristmill of human frailty and foolishness, God says, “I am,” and never once does the thought “We can be,” ever enter our minds. God IS – the only thing we know.

The Church IS His Body, the fullness of Jesus who fills all in all (Ephesians 1). – We know.
